Definitions
Suppliers consist of auto wrecker businesses and spare part businesses who offer products and auto repair services on the Movezly platform. Schedule A for more information.
Anyone wishing to use Movezly website to purchase parts, engage suitable suppliers and find auto suppliers.
"Content" means the textual, visual or audio content that is encountered as part of your experience on Our Website. It may include, among other things: text, images, sounds, videos and animations. It includes content such as advertising material, and all other product or service- related material posted by you.
"Website" means “www.sewzo.com” and “www.movezly.com.au” website of ours and includes all web pages controlled by us.
"Post" means place on or into Our Website any Content or material of any sort by any means.
"Product" means any item offered for sale by you on our Website, whether physical goods or downloads.
"Service" Our service is the online platform used to introduce customers to suppliers and includes the following and specific terms and conditions.
Using Movezly
There are 3 selections for Customers and Suppliers when
using our website or app.
For Customer
a. purchase parts,
b. find a supplier to fix/repair your motor vehicle; or
c. wreck your motor vehicle.
For Suppliers
a. advertise parts for sale,
b. Respond to part requests and
c. purchase wrecked cars offered for sale.
For Customers
a. Respond to fix my car requests,
The Contract between us and you as a Customer and /or suppliers is stipulated in the Appendix.
